Founding Partner of AR&S, Pedro advises clubs, sports companies and athletes on contracting, regulation and disciplinary proceedings. He spent ten years in-house at FC Porto as legal counsel, and holds a master's degree in Criminal Law — a background that earns its keep whenever sport runs into questions of integrity, misconduct and investigation.

Off the record: he played eight years for FC Porto’s youth squads, and captained Portugal's youth national teams. He has been in the dressing room as well as across the table.

Founding Partner of AR&S, Pedro's practice centres on employment and its sporting variants — coaches, staff and athletes, and the contracts that hold them in place. He was legal counsel at FC Porto and a senior associate at PLMJ, holds a master's degree in Employment Law, and is completing a doctorate on the employment contract of the sports coach.

Off the record: he owns more than four hundred football shirts, and spent over a decade as a music producer in Porto's underground hip-hop scene - which is one way of learning how the music industry actually works.
